Booking & Reservation
All bookings made through this website are subject to availability and confirmation.
A booking is considered confirmed only after the payment is successfully processed and a confirmation email is sent.
Special inclusions as part of your booking (subject to availability):
- 10% discount on food and beverages
- Early check-in by 12:00 hrs
- Late check-out by 11:00 hrs
- Room upgrade to the next available category (subject to availability)
- Welcome drink on arrival
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- If cancellation is made 7 or more days prior to arrival, 100% of the amount will be refunded.
- If cancellation is made between 5 to 7 days prior to arrival, 1 night’s tariff will be charged.
- If cancellation is made within 5 days of arrival, the full amount will be charged and no refund will be issued.
